The owners

The Father Daughter duo! John and Stephanie. These two work together to make sure your event at Rustic Pines is exactly what you expect! John takes care of all of our site work on the property. He will be the point of contact for your DJ to coordinate arrivals times and keep the back of house organized for pick ups and drop offs. He is also the all around guy on site. You need something screwed in or hung up? John will get it done! He will also work with event planners and florists when it comes to more intricate set ups that require more equipment and alteration to the venue to ensure the most efficient and safe way to create the end result we are all aiming for, for your big day! Side note, he will “ICE” any guests, just ask him ;)

Stephanie, is your venue coordinator! She will be your main point of contact from setting up your tour all the way to the day of your event! See the next post for more of her day to day operations.

Venue Coordinator

Hi!! My name is Stephanie. I am here to make your event or wedding process as smooth and stress free as possible! I will be there every step of the way. You will work with me from the moment you book up until the big day of your wedding or event. I will answer any questions and guide you through your wedding planning process. I am here to give you recommendations and assist you with your vendors and planning. I will also be your outlet when it comes to rehearsal and getting all of your timing down! Well, mainly getting the guys to know what to do ;) I LOVE what I do and am so excited to work with you! Whether its a family party, celebration of life, bridal shower or wedding! I will make your experience the best that I can! Cannot wait to meet you! :)

Parking

Wally!! Wally is our all in one guy! Find him in his Amish hat greeting and parking all of our event guests and then in a flash stacking up the ceremony chairs post ceremony! From there is he is straight back to the kitchen to help clean plates off and get them ready for dish. He will help where ever is needed. He has also been known to fix flat tires while guests are running to get to the ceremony in time! ;) He also is known for breaking it down on the dance floor. If meatball plays at your event, watch out!!



The Floor Staff

Gina on the left and Sanna on the right! Gina is our banquet captain. She keeps everything together on the floor. From water service and clearing plates, Gina will be taking care of everyone. Mom or Dad of the Bride or Groom? she will be making sure there is zero stress and all of the Dads have a cold beverage and Moms have a glass of wine or their favorite drink!

Sanna is the wife of John and Stephanie’s Mom! She is a huge help on the floor to our team. Her and Gina collaberate to bring you the best service. You can catch Sanna adding in some smaller details when it comes to adding little décor items, flower arrangements or napkin folding she is always paying attention to the details!




The Bartenders

The ones you will all get to know!! From left to right, we have Danielle, Lily and Marnie! This crew is like no other. We love a good banter personality and that’s what these 3 bring in their own individual ways. Their personalities alone are to love but their mixology and hand crafted drinks are amazing! They work together with Stephanie to create custom bar menus, specialty drinks and create the bar vibe you want for your event! Ask them to make you their favorite drink ;) With our dive bar feel, you will catch yourself later in the night just hanging out with guys at the bar.


The Outdoor bartenders

Kyle on the right and Nick on the left! These guys come in for our larger events and heavy drinking crowds. Or, if you are looking for a cocktail hour outside these two will be taking care of you on our outside bar! If there is a rain day they will set up under our porch over hangs. The guys love hanging with the groomsman pre wedding activities and of course all of the guests as the event takes off!
